5. Premium Product Disclaimer

All Bawal Exclusive products are premium items made with Swarovski crystals. Bawal Exclusive is an ingredient partner with Swarovski.

Due to the handcrafted and embellished nature of our products:

  • slight variations may occur

  • these variations are not considered defects

6. Product Display & Colour Accuracy

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However:

  • actual colours may differ due to lighting, photography, and screen settings

  • differences in colour perception are not considered product defects

7. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after:

  • full payment has been successfully received, and

  • confirmation is issued via email or system notification

We reserve the right to:

  • reject or cancel any order

  • request additional verification for security purposes

8. Shipping & Delivery

Malaysia Orders

Delivery is fulfilled via DHL.

International Orders

Delivery is fulfilled via FedEx.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, public holidays, or peak seasons.

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once parcels are handed over to courier partners:

  • delivery responsibility lies with the courier

  • we are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused during transit

9. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Bawal Exclusive does not offer returns for items delivered without damages or defects.

Returns due to change of mind, colour preference, or personal preference are strictly not allowed.

However, to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our creations, returns are accepted under the following terms:

9.1 Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

9.2 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for exchange only

  • Cash refunds will not be entertained

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Packaging, labels, and proof of purchase must be intact

9.3 Exclusions

Returns are not applicable for items that:

  • show signs of wear

  • have been altered or washed

  • are damaged due to customer handling

Personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.

9.4 Online Purchases

Online orders may be returned:

  • by courier, or

  • in person at any Bawal Exclusive boutique

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
