Service Conditions

Crystal Detachment (No Glue Residue)

  • Eligible for service within 90 days from the purchase date.

Crystal Detachment (With Glue Residue)

  • Eligible for service within 7 days from the purchase date.

Manufacturing Stains or Marks

  • Eligible for service within 7 days from the purchase date.

Crystal Quality Concerns

  • Issues such as dullness, discoloration, or defects are eligible for service within 30 days from the purchase date.

Documentation

  • Customers are required to present the original purchase receipt for all service requests.

Service Procedure

  • Customers are advised to have their items checked at the nearest Bawal Exclusive boutique or Authorized Reseller, and our team will handle the process from there.
