Refund policy

Can I return items after purchase?

No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects. If customer have completed the order, then found that the customer wants to make a return after purchase due to different colour factor is not allowed. However, to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our creations, Bawal Exclusive accepts returns under the following terms:
1. Return Period
-Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
-Returns are accepted for exchange only.
-Cash refunds will not be entertained.
-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with packaging, labels, and proof of purchase intact.
3. Exclusions
-Returns are not applicable to items that show signs of wear, have been altered, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
-Personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.
4. Online Purchases
-Online orders may be returned either by courier or in person at any Bawal Exclusive boutique within the stated period.
-Shipping fees for returns (except in the case of manufacturing defects) are borne by the customer.

Are refunds allowed for wrong addresses or refused packages?

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Can goods be exchanged after purchase?

Exchange goods is not allowed after making a purchase for any circumstances unless the goods are defective or damaged.
