Shipping policy

Do you charge for shipping, and how long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We charge for Shipping on actuals. Kindly to inform it takes 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (working days) after payment is received, subject to payment verification and stock availability. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin from the date the order is dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or destination customs clearance processes.

Are there any exceptions or delays to shipping?

During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses & pin-codes where Courier companies do not have service. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

Who bears taxes, levies, or customs duties?

Any other taxes or levies charged by the government or local bodies are to be borne by customer. In case of international shipping, customs and other duties are to be borne by the customer. Typically paid by courier company and charged separately to you at time of delivery. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

How is my privacy handled when shipping internationally?

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Will my order details be shared with carriers or customs?

We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs
clearance and comply with local laws.

Is Bawal Exclusive responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping?

Bawal Exclusive is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at 03-8066 8295 or mail us at website.bawalexclusive@gmail.com.

How will my claim for damaged or lost items be processed?

We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Bawal Exclusive, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not
refundable).
