1. Storage 

• We recommend removing your Bawal Exclusive scarf from its packaging box after purchase. Store it neatly in a wardrobe or on a clothing rack to help maintain its shape and fabric quality. 

2. Washing 

• Gentle hand washing is highly recommended. For best care, wash dark and light colours separately. We advise washing the scarf before wearing it for the first time. Use mild detergent only. Avoid detergents containing bleach or fabric softeners, including 2-in-1 detergents. Avoid hot water to preserve the fabric’s texture and colour. 

3. Drying 

• Avoid tumble drying. Allow the scarf to air-dry naturally in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight. 

4. Ironing 

• Iron gently on the reverse side, particularly on areas without Swarovski crystals. Using a steam iron is recommended for best results. 

5. Fragrance Application 

• Avoid spraying perfume directly onto the scarf to protect the fabric and Swarovski crystals. 

Delivery
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (working days) after payment is received, subject to payment verification and stock availability. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Return and Exchange
Items in the website CANNOT be exchanged and returned. Please select carefully. 

Exchange is only allowed if there is any defect or faulty item. If something's gone wrong with an item you've bought, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
